Best Chiropractor In Davenport Iowa

  Davenport Chiropractors

Wow. What an amazing honor. I know that I have the best patients in the Quad Cities, but to know that they think the same of me is truly an honor. I am not going to lie, I was a little shocked when the Quad City Times called me up about a month ago and told that I had been voted as the Number One Chiropractic Office In The Quad Cities. (Capitalized for dramatic effect) It took the majority of the weekend to sink in. This is a big deal to me, the Quad Cities is the birthplace of Chiropractic. So to be named “The Best” here is probably the biggest achievement that I can think of.

This is also a humbling experience. I don’t think that I do anything special in my office. I listen to my patients, find out what their issues are, and then come up with a plan to help them with their condition. I know that in my office, healthcare is not a passive thing. I know that muscles play an important part in the overall health and well being of the body. Imbalances in the muscles can cause bony mis-alignments, which can in turn cause nerve interference. This nerve interference can manifest itself in a variety of conditions. Pain, numbness, tingling, organ problems, improper movements, and headaches just to name a few. This means that I loosen up tight muscles before we correct the bony mis-alignments. I give out stretches to help keep these areas loose and exercises to help strengthen weak areas. I always tell people that it is about 20% what I do and 80% of what they do at home.

The muscular loosening does not always feel good when I am doing it. This is usually because I am taking 15 minutes to loosen up a muscle that took over six months to get that tight. Unpleasant but effective. The stretches and exercises that I give out to do at home are meant to change some bad habits and to keep you from having to come and see me every two weeks for the rest of your life. That is not an effective healthcare strategy. Training your body to become adaptable to your environment allows for a broader range of activities to be explored. Do things happen where you get injured and need to be seen? Yes. Should you get checked out every 4-6 months to make sure that you are not causing muscle imbalances and bony mis-alignments? Yes. This helps to keep major problems from occurring.

So, once again, let me just say a HUGE Thank You to all of my wonderful patients, family, and friends who voted for me. Know that I will make to sure to do my very best with each and every single person that comes to the office for treatment. Know that my only goal is to make you better. Focusing on patients is how I got here and that is what I will continue to do. So, if you want to schedule with the Best Chiropractor In The Quad Cities, just give the office a call and we will help you on the road to better health! Get Adjusted and Be Well!
